This past week I've lost 3.8 lbs. I finally started going back to the gym and working out hard. I've also started eating better, mainly because I've found a few healthy things that are very filling, and I love, so I don't feel deprived. Though I don't know what I will do once I've gotten sick of these two meals.
Anyway, I'm doing really well on the Race to Zion challenge. I've done 180 miles since some time in May, which seems pretty lousy, until you realize 77 of those miles have been done in the past 2 weeks and 45 of those miles have been done in the last week.
So my goals are as follows
Lose at least 2 lbs (on average) a week for the next 19 weeks
Run/Bike 58.7 miles a week to reach my 1297 miles by December 11th.
So keep me motivated and accountable!
