Update

So I've been ignoring pretty much everyone and everything for the past few weeks. Pretty much the whole month of September I've been out of the loop. I haven't even been on facebook that much.
I just haven't felt like it. There is a lot of inner turmoil going on right now as I am reassessing how I see the world.
Anyway I have also stopped doing as much cardio as I had been in order to do more weight training. We have been sick off and on for about a month too. The kids have had a stomach virus and some type of virus where they get a fever and it is pretty high but then we give them motrin and the next morning it is gone and doesn't come back.
The problem is that it hits on a different day for each kid.

Hopefully we won't get sick too much more this fall, but I'm not holding my breath.

I've been doing a lot of TRX suspension training lately. It is so hard but it looks so easy. It's very deceptive to just watch someone do it. I sweat as much if I were full on sprinting for a minute.
We generally do one minute of each exercise and then have a 10 second rest if we are switching sides or a 30 second rest if we are switching to a different exercise. About ever 10 minutes we might get a full minute rest to get a drink or wipe the sweat off.

Here is an example of some of the exercises we do. There are probably at least 100 exercises you can do with TRX and it is a total body workout because you need to stabilize every muscle for every exercise. It is a great core workout too.
